Returns
We accept return requests within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition
The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement products unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us
Refund processing may take several business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
If you received:
A wrong product
A damaged item
A defective product
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or exchange based on product availability.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
